I'm almost 24 hours post-surgery and am definitely feeling the fact that I had a saw in my foot yesterday. Fortunately, the percocet keeps me from caring too much about the fact that my foot is in rather extreme pain. Unfortunately, the meds make me quite drowsy, which makes working a bit difficult. I feel my eyelids get very heavy and have to force myself to open my eyes.
That being said, I'm still glad that I went ahead with the surgery. I know it'll be better in the long run.
